Why hasn't my deposit been credited?

Once a deposit's approved, the money should be credited to your Bankroll within the timeframe specified below.

Details needed to investigate. Please provide us with the following information: Time and Date of Transaction Amount Transaction Reference Number - 15 digits (Example: 123456781234567) A copy of your PayNearMe receipt, as provided by 7-Eleven, CVS or Family Dollar store.
