How can I place a ‘Self Exclusion’ on my account?
On WSOP.com you can request to activate a ‘Self Exclusion’ for a period of either 1 year or 5 years.
To request a ‘Self Exclusion,’ log into your WSOP.com account:
- On PC/Mac click on ‘My Profile’ >‘My Account’ >‘Responsible Gaming’ >‘Self Exclusion’
- On mobile click on ‘My Account’ >‘Responsible Gaming’ >‘Self Exclusion’
Your account(s) with this brand will be closed immediately and all related accounts will be closed as soon as detected. WSOP.com will take all responsible measures to make sure you do not receive promotional offerings.
Your request for a ‘Self Exclusion’ will also apply to all land based casino and/or hotel properties, companies, online gambling sites or brands that are currently owned, operated, or managed or will be owned, operated, or managed by Caesars Entertainment or its affiliates after the date of this request.
Please note your request cannot be reversed during the selected time period and you will not be permitted, nor should attempt, to open a new account during this period.
