These reports can easily be requested as follows:
- Log into your WSOP.com account and visit the "Lobby".
- Click "My Profile" and select "Game History Report" from the drop down list.
- Select the required report i.e. "Online Access Report" or "Account Statement Report".
- Enter the required "From" and "To" dates.
- Click the "Generate Report" button.
- Finally, a pop-up's displayed confirming that your request has been submitted.
- The report will then be sent to you via email within the next 24 hours.
- If you require account information dating back more than 180 days (6 months), please contact us.
