If you're running a Remote Desktop Program (RDP) on a Windows computer, please close the program as follows:
- Close the RDP the same way you would any other program on your computer and try login into your WSOP.com account again.
- If you're still unable to launch WSOP.com, open your "Task Manager" by selecting Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard. Click the "Processes" tab, select your RDP from the displayed list and click "End Process".
- On a Mac, open the "Activity Monitor" from the "Utilities" folder, find the process and click "Close".
